Welcome to LOB Kids.
This is where I feature the wonderful world of baking and kids. Together, we learn about the science, math, and most importantly, fun of baking. Children have a phenomenal ability to absorb and understand. If we invite them in the kitchen, with patience and love, and allow them the opportunity to learn and experience, they become invested in what they make. The pride on the face of a child who bakes their own loaf of bread from scratch, learning about each ingredient and technique along the way, is something that each parent should experience.
Speaking of baking fun, the most fitting initial entry to this section had to be an epic family flour food fight!
